I have thought long and hard how to best give this announcement; how to describe something minuscule within the context of an epochal event such as the SARS-CoV-2 pandemic, yet very important for the well-being of thousands of people with uncommon sexual inclinations. After much pondering, however, I believe the right way is also the simplest.

It is with great pleasure – and some emotion – that I can finally announce that, among the July reopenings, kinky events will restart too. In particular, the four I co-organize in Milan and that we are working very hard to keep as safe as possible:

• On the first Sunday of the month – Sadistique, the most famous and longstanding BDSM party in Italy
• The second Sunday – Bondage Party Milano, a meeting dedicated to the art of erotic restraints
• The third Sunday – Freedomina, a female domination event to give dominatrixes their dignity back
• The fourth Sunday – Coccoleria, a new cuddle party which isn’t about sex, yet is instrumental to once again learn how to open to and relate with others
