It is always very interesting to see how local cultures reshape the form and contents of sexual fantasies. Desi Daasi is an erotic writer, but she also is the submissive partner in a relationship that is based on the usual BDSM archetypes (like the contract provided on her blog) as much as on a spiritual view of sexual servitude which is characteristically Indian. One of the main pages of her website, in example, is all about the choice of calling her husband and master her  «god» – in a very Hindu sense. The details of their relationship are clearly elaborated on the blog itself, so there isn’t much point for me to repeat them here; you may want to check them out, however, as they give a refreshingly original vision on something we tend to give for granted – a vision which acts as a vantage point to reflect on the Western concept of BDSM as well.
