In the last few days my country fell into a standstill due to three events everyone is talking and writing about. They were:

• The umpteenth edition of the Sanremo music festival, a horror you can read about here;
• The upcoming political elections, in which citizens will have almost no actual decisive power and conversely the Vatican holds a great influence upon;
• The resignation of a supposedly “perfectly chosen by god itself” person.

In the light of all of the above, I am struggling to contain my old journalistic instincts, driving me to publish a well-researched and deeply intellectual social analysis article. So, out of respect for my dear readers, I have decided to entertain you with a random piece of Net culture while I keep fighting my personal battle.
